I'm 24 and live in Florida.
1 Month Mark - Well I am down to 295.2lbs I have lost 20.8lbs this month.
2 Month Mark - I am down to 284lbs. I have lost 11lbs this month.
3 Month Mark - I am down to 275.3Lbs. I have lost 8.7Lbs. this month.
4 Month Mark - I am down to 263.1Lbs. I have lost 12.2Lbs this month. Note: I just started on hydroxycut.
5 Month Mark - I stopped Hydroxycut it was doing weird stuff to blood pressure. I met my first goal I am so excited! I am at 249Lbs. I have lost 14.1Lbs this month. New goal of 220Lbs.
8 Month mark - My wife and I got back together but now wondering if that was a positive thing I put back on some weight. I am now at 270lbs. thats a gain of 21Lbs. I have reset my goal back to the original goal weight.
9 month mark - Left the wife. I am now 257Lbs. Thats a loss of 12.6lbs.
Has it been a year already? I want to thank everyone here and the staff of traineo for everything so far. Right now I sit at 250Lbs. that is a loss of 70Lbs in a year I feel better about myself and want to continue losing!

Day 4
Well yesterday was dinner at the mom's and it was so good. I had 2 servings of chicken cordon bleu, 1 sevrving of yellow rice, 1 serving of mixed veggies, and an oatmeal rasin cookie. For the most part yesterday I also slipped in 1 can of regular coke. Now I can't be doing that all week or I will put it all back on. So far I have lost 7.7lbs. in just 4 days. If I keep this up I'll hit my 250lbs. goal with no trouble.

Day 3
Starting to feel more like my old self again more energetic and not as tired. Sleeping schedule is soon to change back to normal as well. Today I woke up at 9am had two bagels with cream cheese and that will fill me till 12:30pm. Tonight I go to my Mom's for dinner and Heroes. This is the one night where I go lean on myself and have something I wouldn't eat during the week like white flour products.

New Start...Again
Yesterday was my first day trying desperately to grab on to my old lifestyle. The one where my wife left me and I could take care of myself instead of two. Now my wife and I are back togeather and I put on 20 pounds. So yesterday I consumed under 2000 calories and I am so happy I was able to do so. I noticed alot that I would go to grab soda, really sweet tea, or even pizza. I think it's just a bad habit that needs to be broken. So I am sitting at 267.6lbs at the moment. My first move is to get back down to 250lbs. That means I am gonna have to cut my soda, sweet tea, pizza hut, and midnight snacks.
